Global Council for Management Education (GCME) functions as the academic council of the United International Business Schools organization (UIBS) and its member schools. UIBS is an independent privately held umbrella organization for international business schools.

UIBS is dedicated to educating and training students in a unique cross-cultural environment, offering American-style higher education at both the undergraduate (Associate, Bachelor) and graduate (Master, IBC) level.
